We can all feel depressed or anxious at times, but when we feel that way for a prolonged period, it may be time to consider getting support. People suffering from depression often experience symptoms such as isolation, negative self-talk, low motivation, sleep disturbance, low energy, hopelessness, helplessness, etc. When someone is suffering from anxiety, they often experience excessive worrying, agitation, irritability, restlessness, intrusive thoughts, difficulty concentrating, difficulty in social situations, panic attacks, etc. These are all things that I can help you with.
