Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I received my CAGS from Cambridge College and my Master Degree from AMC. I have been practicing for 25 years. I help children, adolescents, young adults and families struggling with eating disorders, grief, adoption trauma and parenting difficulties to become the best versions of themselves and keep working to have their life improve. I also work with one time consults. We all need a safe place to vent, a sounding board or someone to answer some questions. I am a seasoned clinician who has been performing clinical sessions since 1986. I have treated all ages. My specialty started out with clients over age 65. However, in the last 18 years I have treated couples and family situations as well as adolescents and adults ages 18 and up. I have also had clients ages 4 and up. I have treated anxiety, depression, ADHD, transitions, work and family issues, school issues. I have treated a great deal of couples as well. I have helped a lot of clients manage their stress better. I have empowered clients to problem solve so they can manage their situation and life better. I have provided insight oriented treatment and increased self- awareness while providing support.

Deeply passionate about social justice and facilitating and guiding positive change and development in the lives of others, I am a black, gender non-binary Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have a personal stake and insight into the work I do. My clinical practice aims to empower and heal individuals, families & communities through therapy, consulting, case management, training, & community outreach. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 and I am a Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work.
