Hello, I am Jeoson and I have been a clinician for over ten years. Everyone has been through pain and difficulties and sometimes we carry that around. I have been working with different individuals, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, in different areas of their struggles. I believe in a holistic approach that is individualized and focuses on goals and outcomes. Therapy is based on trust, and it is a process. I have helped individuals dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, and grief. The longer I am in the field, the more I am amazed by people’s ability to find strength from within to allow healing to take place.

I specialize in helping teens and adults work on symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, life stressors, and life transitions. My goal as a therapist is to be open, honest, genuine. I will provide unconditional positive regard. I love mixing talk therapy with things you can use daily to improve your view of yourself and your life. I am Dr. Sally, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Virginia, a Clinical Supervisor, and a Professor in Counseling. My Ph.D. is in Counselor Education and Supervision with an additional specialty in trauma work. Prior to private practice, I worked as a community-based and addiction counselor. I am also meaningfully involved in mentoring and training mental health counselors.
