Recreating and correcting unhealthy thoughts of your life narrative can reduce symptoms of stress. I received my bachelor’s degree in human services in 2017 and my Master of Science degree with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2020. I completed Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training in 2023. I have gained experience working with individuals as a substance abuse counselor, and behavioral therapist in a private practice setting working with children and families. One of my goals will be to assist you with your goals and to improve your overall wellness in all areas of life.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Temple University in 2020 and have dedicated myself to accompanying clients in their quests to recover from life’s plot twists and turbulence.
