More specifically, I've supported clients regarding Relationship and Work-related Anxiety, Burnout Body Image Issues, Emotional Eating, Life Purpose and Career Change, and Developing Self-Confidence. I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. Early in my career, I worked as a school counselor, supporting adolescents as they navigate the path toward adulthood while also managing challenging experiences and emotions. I then expanded my work to include supporting adults as they navigate life stressors including work-related stress, anxiety, burnout, and life changes.

I am a Marine Corps veteran, serving four years of active duty before starting my academic journey.
