Hello! I’m a Filipina, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated with my master's degree from John F. Kennedy University with a specialty in somatic psychology and my bachelor's degree from U. C. Berkeley. I specialize in working with professional women and BIPOC who have a lot on their plate and feel like they’re going to collapse or explode if one more thing happens. That being said, I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life. My approach is tailored to your needs and is informed by my training and experience in massage therapy, somatic (body-oriented) psychology and trauma-informed care (somatic experiencing). I also have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and facilitating therapy groups.
