What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The brief 20-30min first session is to get to know more about what would most benefit you at this time, provide some background info and decide if a good fit to move forward. We will briefly chat about any past concerns, current circumstances and most importantly what your goals are for the future. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My clients over 20yrs have shared feedback of feeling 'heard' and 'supported' in a way they had not prior, and often comment on how learning new information about how their brain functions has been gamechanging.
