Welcome to Grow! My name is Sandra Miramontes; I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida and Tennessee. I have several years of experience providing treatment care to patients from all walks of life! I utilize different therapeutic approaches into treatment care. Prior to becoming licensed, I earned a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, both from accredited universities. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In the first session, we will develop a professional relationship; once I examine the nature of your complain and get a feeling of what it is needed; I, as your clinician, will developed a treatment plan specially tailored to you; together we will work through it and once the goal(s) has been met, then we could discuss a good stopping point.

Having worked with patients from all walks of life, one of my strengths is being absolutely clinical and professional while being compassionate towards my patient's hardships. From the clinical stand point, I'll bring my expertise and knowledge acquired throughout undergrad and graduate school to try to help you develop a better lifestyle for yourself and/or those around you.
