I hold two Master’s in Counseling . They are Marriage & Family Therapy and Licensed Profession counseling. I have over 16 years of experience in working in outpatient counseling settings and my private practice Catalyst Therapy. I’ve had the privilege of working with various populations with various mental problems. I’ve treated some with MDD, GAD, Bipolar, and PTSD. Treatment modalities used are DBT, CBT, Trauma informed therapy, and Christian Prayers of inner healing using Bible scriptures. My services includes family therapy, individual therapy, or group therapy. During the initial visit I will assist the individual to determine which services would be beneficial and the level of care. As a Non-denominational Christian Minister I have worked with various churches doing marriage counseling, leading teens/women mentoring groups, individual counseling using inner healing technique called SOZO that means Saved, Healed, and Delivered. Some other tooled used are the Prepare/Enrich Program, Gottman Institute couples communication, Emotionally Focused Technique, and Boundaries by Towsend and Cloud.
