What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I take the time to gather information from my clients to make sure I really understand the problem from their point of view. We discuss what's important to you as the client, and how we will work towards the goal you want to achieve.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize various evidenced based techniques such as CBT, trauma focused therapy, strengths based therapy, solution focused, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, narrative, compassion focused, coaching, and attachment based therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a warm approach to therapy. I create a safe space for clients to explore difficult emotions. I provide supportive guidance and help my clients to recognize their strengths in the experiences they have lived. I admire the courage it takes to seek help and I try to honor that courage by holding a space for clients where they can find healing.
