Hey there, I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I have provided mental health services for over 7 years and worked with adolescents and adults in educational environments for over 17 years. Currently, as a mental health provider, I help adolescents and adults create a different perspective in life and foster a different version of themselves.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session of therapy can be a lot of things for many people. I seek to make it a place where a person can be seen and heard. During the first session, I will seek to understand your "why" for counseling. We will work together to develop a plan that will support you during this journey.
