Equanimity means becoming the calm inside a storm. It also means realizing that you cannot change anything or anyone but yourself, only your reaction to them. The acceptance of this concept has brought great peace to my life, and I hope to share it with you. It is not easy to accept that you may need some coaching to get your life moving in a more positive direction again. Life does not have to be a struggle! Through a combination of evidenced-based, solution-focused and mindfulness-based approaches you will develop skills to manage your thoughts, emotions and behaviors related to life's events versus life managing you. Let's work together to optimize your potential, feel confident about yourself and experience joy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will discuss the current challenges you may be facing in terms of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will work with you to form some preliminary treatment goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am empathic and a strong advocate for my clients. I have extensive experience over 20 years in my mental health career in many settings. I am solution focused and help you learn the skills to manage your own challenges day to day. I wish all my clients to experience greater peace and joy in their lives.
