Welcome! The Ebbs and Flows of Life are something we all experience. We flow towards our hopes and dreams, while other times we may flow away. When your life ebbs it is like you are struggling against the current, and fighting your way through the current to grasp what is important to you. Perhaps the times you are flowing away are a result of relationship concerns, addiction, past trauma, anxiety or living with negativity. Like large rocks under the water, you may not be able to see them but they are creating obstacles in achieving your goals while potentially impacting both your health and well-being. I believe that by taking this step in seeking help you are interested in moving forward back to what is important to you. My role is to help you on your journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session my intention is to get to know you further and discuss what is bringing you into therapy at this time. In addition I further explore what you would like to accomplish in therapy with me.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My intention is to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment to address the concerns you may be experiencing that is getting in the way of living life the way that is most beneficial to you. I specialize in helping to develop and learn coping skills that will help to decrease anxiety, stress, depression. I primarily work with older adolescents and adults, from various different backgrounds. I have worked extensively with both military-connected, veteran and civilian clients to help process trauma and abuse, as well as relationship concerns. I specialized in working with those who have been diagnosed with a Severe Mental Illness, Personality disorder, PTSD and Addictions.
