I am a licensed clinical social worker and clinical hypnotherapist specializing in life success for all ages. The more you look into the darkness, the lighter it becomes. This is my life statement. I have seen the darkest times, and the worst of times, and have experienced personal failures in life. When I speak with clients it is from a place of empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgment. No one promised this life of ours would be easy, but I can promise to serve you as you work towards healing yourself. I believe that you are the expert yourself, and I am just a guide here to show you some of the tools, skills, and therapeutic approaches I have acquired.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will ask you what are your therapy goals to ensure we are collaboratively making plans for your success in therapy. Then, I will complete a treatment plan.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I am a Clinical hypnotherapist- also trained in solution-focused brief therapy, trauma-focused therapy, crisis interventions, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectal behavioral therapy, Family systems therapy, Mindfulness approach, Motivational interviewing, and tele-behavioral therapy from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis School of Social Work.

Completed Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training Completed Certification in Advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Biopsychosocial assessments of client and developing person-centered treatment plan goals Experience in dual-diagnosis/co-morbid addiction and mental disorders 8+ years working with complex trauma and attachment trauma My compassion and empathy for the work I do with individuals and families help me build strong therapy alliances with my clients. I have completed specific training to develop skills that enable me to connect with and relate to my clients. I am excited to continue my work by transitioning to a solopreneur and owner of my own private practice. I specialize in working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, attachment trauma, anger management, and personality disorders.
