I am an LPC and an LSATP. I graduated with a MA from Liberty University in Addiction Counseling and have been involved with counseling for 6 years. I can provide a healthy support system for individuals who need to explore self-worth and lack healthy coping strategies to move forward due to their lack of self-confidence. I can help you become the best version of yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a plan tailored around your needs and assist us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

During my career I have learned to treat the person as a whole, not just parts.
