I am a LaPorte County native, having graduated from LaPorte High School. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a minor in sociology. I then earned a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a Certified DBT Therapist with training in art and trauma therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient and residential treatment, probation, and family focus. I began my first field internship at just 16 years old.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Our first session will be getting to know one another. we will review intake and assessment forms, go over informed consent, and limits of confidentiality. We will discuss scheduling and planning.
