A bit about my approach to therapy... I specialize in therapy for depression, anxiety, and substance use. I also have experience working with families experiencing stressors and life transitions. I have extensive training in Functional Family Therapy and the Triple P Positive Parenting Program, and utilize solution-focused interventions, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT techniques to meet the needs of my clients.
