I am a LCSW with 30 years of experience. I have a long history of working with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. My goal is to work with these individuals in order for them to embrace the best quality of life and enjoy life without anxiety and depression. My focus is to build a person's self-esteem and ability to trust their decisions and judgement.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and develop a social history to learn what the clients' goals are for their treatment. My goal is to focus on what the client would like to achieve through counseling. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my strengths is my focus is to start where the patient is and follow their lead of what goals they have for themselves. I am compassionate and have good listening skills.
