Hello, so good to meet you! I'm Sarah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed since 2015 based in California. I have worked with kids, adolescents, individual adults and families to overcome short term challenges and plan for long term solutions. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how I can support you in your life's journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, discuss limits of confidentiality, and what you would like the goal of our time together to achieve. I will ask you quite a few questions to get to know you, your background, what your current challenges and coping strategies are, and what treatment may work best to achieve your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked across multiple settings (kids/families/foster youth/adoptive youth, crisis intervention, psychiatric hospital, etc.) and believe in starting with a strengths based foundation, let's start with what's working well or what has worked well in the past and build from it.
