Hello! I'm a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Kentucky, I've been licensed in the state for less than one year, and received a temporary license in the state of Nevada for approximately six months prior to that. I received my Doctorate in Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. While I've worked with a variety of clients throughout my training, I work mostly with young adult clients experiencing anxiety or depression often related to work or life factors.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll begin with introductions. After this I'll gain background information from the client including historical data, family information, previous medical/mental health information, etc. We'll also discuss client's symptoms so we can begin to work on client's treatment plan.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength as a clinician is my ability to establish a genuine and comfortable client-clinician relationship with my clients relatively quickly. I understand this is the essential ingredient in the therapeutic process, and I believe my client's sense that I authentically care for their wellbeing.

My treatment methods

Integrative

Throughout my training and experience I've become familiar with different approaches towards therapy such as CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and others. However, I believe the best results come from tailoring the experience towards each individual client as opposed to a "one approach fits all" view. This often requires using techniques from these different approaches, which has led to me adopting a more integrative and flexible therapeutic style.
