What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Evidence-based treatments are proven to be effective in the treatment of mental health disorders. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a form of talk therapy in which the patient learns to reframe negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Structured ideas and techniques can help the patient gain relief from negative cognitions. Dialectical behavioral therapy is another form of talk therapy and can help aid patients with intense emotions. Cognitive processing therapy is a form of talk therapy utilized to assist patients with trauma-associated mental health disorders.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel as if I am strong in gaining a quick understanding of the needs of the patient as well as treatment planning. I take my time in the creation of a diagnosis with the help and input of the patient. I specialize in trauma as well as childhood disorders. Anxiety and depression are also a specialty of mine. Life is hard. I want to help inspire, encourage and empower my patients.
