Hello there! I am privileged and honored to call myself a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), living in the state of PA. I have been working in the field of psychology for about 8-years now. I help children, adolescents, and young adults gain tools and skills needed to help improve their functioning and life satisfaction.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The intention of our first session together is to better illuminate the challenges and sources of suffering experienced by the client. We will have a deep dive into the dilemmas existing and will work together to determine a plan of execution that will help in expediting increased wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with children, adolescents, and young adults for years now, I've developed a bandwidth of knowledge for helping individuals more consciously gain control of their emotional functioning. Identifying the core-beliefs and memories attached to your challenges will help us authenticate a plan in which will lead to your own unique, success story.

My treatment methods

Jungian

In seeking therapy under my practice, a client can expect to use consciousness-building tools to help heighten awareness and help find meaning or peace behind difficult experiences. Influenced heavily by Carl Jung, we will explore the deep emotionality and/or suppressed areas of belief that are attached to One's suffering.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We are bystanders to our thoughts. Our thoughts are separate from us, yet so often, we find ourselves "becoming one with" an intrusive voice within the mind. Illuminating unhelpful patterns of thinking is the "first stop" made on the road to enhanced wellness. With the CBT approach utilized in my practice, thought reinvention is adopted into practice to help influence healthier ways of functioning.

Positive Psychology

The nervous system influences our emotionality, functioning, and overall processing of the world around us. Positive psychology is adopted into my therapeutic approach to help illuminate the relationship between negative experiences and how our nervous system responds to stress.
