I have helped people for over 20 years in the areas of anxiety, stress management, and career guidance. Through working with me, you will learn mindfulness success habits, how to feel more relaxed, gain greater clarity, learn how to trust yourself, and feel more empowered to name a few. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is a getting to know you session where I will gather some background information and general history. We will talk about what kind of support you would like to receive from your therapist. We will also set some goals that will drive follow up sessions.

Years ago, a colleague told me that I am really good at helping people work through their emotions. When I reflect back to that moment, I see that she was right. I support people on their journey. It is so easy for any of us to get lost and have difficulty figuring out our next steps. Navigating thoughts, belief systems, and emotions so that you feel more empowered and have greater clarity in your life is what I do best. With a gentle approach, I accept and support you right where you are so you can move forward in the direction you truly want.
