I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with 10 years of experience. I have experience working with a variety of individuals and families and specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in treating those with a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, trauma, behavior concerns, ADHD, and more. I use a collaborative approach where I believe the client is the focus of the work we do together. Using a variety of techniques, I will meet you where you are and work with you to meet your goals.

During the first session, we will spend time talking about YOU! This is an opportunity for you to share why you are seeking therapy and what you hope to gain during our time together. I will ask a variety of questions about your history and prior therapy experiences as well as more specific questions regarding your presenting problem.
