This session is as much about you getting to know me and my approach as it is about me understanding how to tailor our sessions to your needs. I know how difficult and overwhelming it can feel to start therapy, so if there is anything I can do to help prepare you for the first session or important elements I need to know prior to our first session I hold space for you to reach out and openly express this to me.

My passion for this work comes directly from my own experience with healing emotional wounds, managing overwhelming emotions and burn out, which shifted my focus to healing the collective while I continue on my own journey.
