Hey there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Masters from the University of Hartford and have been practicing for over 5 years. I help children and young adults with their emotions so they can become the best versions of themselves. Through our work together it is my hope that you can become confident and have a large tool box of strategies to help you navigate whatever life experiences you encounter.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other and working to find one goal we can start on.

Working with children and young adults for the last five years has helped me understand how challenging navigating different situations can be. I have worked with a lot of children/young adults on a variety of issues and have identified some solid strategies that my clients have benefitted from.
