Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Kentucky. I received my masters degree from the University of Louisville and have been practicing for nine years. My goal is to help both teens and adults identify strategies to navigate the stressors of life. I offer a safe place to discuss and identify strategies to move beyond life challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will get acquainted with one another. It is important that there be a comfort level established so that we can develop a mutually respectable therapeutic relationship. We will then identify and prioritize treatment plan goals to focus on during our sessions. My client's can expect support to be self directed to obtain their personal goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

During my almost decade of experience collaborating with clients, one thing that I have come to understand is the importance of prioritizing individualized, client centered, value-based care. I use a strengths based approach with my clients to empower them to manage their life goals. An additional strength is the ability to practice empathy for individual circumstances based on my observation of the client's world view that influences their decision making.
