In a non-judgmental environment, we can explore avenues that you ,as the client present. I am experienced in EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) used most effectively with trauma. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. We ill determine if we have the 'chemistry' to experience successful counseling. These session are for you, the client and you will determine how to proceed and what you want to talk about.

I incorporate Choice Theory , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an eclectic array of other theories.

My biggest strength lies in my many years experience dealing with an enormous amount different experiences. I used a number of 'tools' and I think out-of-the-box. I am quirky and different. If ordinary is what you seek, I am not that person.
