Hi! My name is Chelsie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my Masters degree from Walden University where I found special interest in the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and thought restructuring to improve overall quality of life. I have 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly through all walks of life. As your therapist I will bring compassion and empathy and work along side you in building skills to navigate challenges, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will get to know each other and the challenges you may be experiencing. We will work on building a foundation that is not only collaborative but a safe space for self discovery and growth. Through our sessions we will address your goals, structure the sessions in ways that best fit your needs, and work together towards positive change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In my therapeutic practice, my goal is to provide clients with the tools to navigate challenges effectively through the utilization of personalized coping skills. Whether addressing stress, anxiety, or life transitions, I empower individuals to cultivate resilience and enhance their emotional well-being. My overall goal is to help my clients achieve improved mental health and personal growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients that are eager to improve and are open to learning new skills to help them navigate whatever life may throw their way. At the end of our sessions I want my clients to feel empowered and confident that they can achieve their goals.
