Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia. I graduated from Concord University in 2020 with my Master's in Social Work. I work with clients ages 14 and up to provide individual therapy, couples counseling or family counseling for those who are coping with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma and other life changes.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our initial sessions, we will get to know each other and delve deeply into the issues at hand. We will collaboratively develop an integrative approach that draws from numerous theoretical frameworks to help you feel supported

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel as though my different experiences in the field of social work/therapy have shaped the integrative and open approach I take as a provider. I have experience working in the ER, working as an Emergency Services Clinician, providing end of life support/grief support during the start of the COVID 19 pandemic, and providing mental health/substance abuse support to children and families.
