Hi! I’m a LPC based in Texas. I believe Mental health matters for all ages! I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 8+ to the sages. Throughout our sessions together I will work to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to show up, just as you are. It’s ok, to not be ok! I am committed to walking with you, using evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, Client Centered, Solution Focus, EMDR and Psychoeducation, to assure you meet your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.
