What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The beginning will be an important time to talk about the therapy process as well as begin exploring your history, current situation, difficulties, and hopes for the future. Together, we will start developing a plan to get you where you want to be. For a minor child, the initial appointment will consist of intake and assessment. This will mean a consultation with the caregiver(s) and a time for ‘getting to know’ the youth.
