Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I received my Master's from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have spent my career helping individuals and families with trauma, child abuse, substance abuse, and domestic violence, but you are the expert on your own life. I offer individual therapy via telehealth for individuals in Illinois and Maryland. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify triggers, learn your warning signs, and then utilize coping skills. My goal is to help improve your self-esteem and change unwanted behaviors.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
