What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I understand that each of us are our own unique person that has had many experiences in the varying contexts of our life that influence who we are and where we are in our present life. It is always an honor to be allowed into another’s life to partner for a brief time with the goal of identifying solutions and providing guidance that brings about desired changes that will enhance one’s quality of life. One's mental health is a primary overall health need. I value each person equally regardless of socio-economic status, race, gender, and/or religious views. I, therefore, offer a sliding scale fee for services as needed. This can be discussed during your first session and I will make adjustments to ensure each person is able to access therapeutic services.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
In session you will find that I am nurturing, warm, and fully present with you as we partner together to explore your concerns. Together we develop individualized effective therapeutic strategies that result in alleviating the concerns that had motivated you to seek therapy.
