Hi! I’m Breanne. Do you find yourself situated between where you are and where you want to be? I support individuals faced with many different adjustments in life and facing anxiety with a healthy mindset. I have experience with working with individuals who have a desire to address depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, poor coping strategies, relationship issues, stress, and adjustment concerns. I would describe my approach as client centered, empathetic, and goal focused with touches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused. I support my client in finding what works for them, as I believe that success is found in what the person is able to implement. I focus on meeting the client where they are and moving forward from that place. I came into this field wanting to help people gain insight into their problems and issues, while finding solutions and not just labeling the problems. I know that seeking therapy can be difficult and I am here to meet you where you are and create a space for you to heal, grow, and progress in your authentic self. I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I hope when you leave our sessions that you have the empowerment to use the tools learned in our time together to apply it in your day to day life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my strength is supporting you in finding your authentic self and challenging automatic thoughts that prevent you from being where you desire to be. I enjoy doing boundaries work with members to strengthen their interpersonal relationships and adjustments to life changes.
