Hello there! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in New York. I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of Albany and have been practicing for 8 years in the therapeutic community. I help individuals struggling with daily stressors and the impact it has on their daily functioning, helping others become a happier, healthier version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will have a brief introduction where you can tell me about yourself. Then be able to dive into why you took the leap to begin counseling and the challenges you face, along with what you envision as a goal for treatment for yourself.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My combined approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client I work with. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships and conflicts, life transitions, and addictions. I work with individuals to be able to identify the root of presenting issues and work collaboratively exploring the changes needed to make progress for themselves.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My combined approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client I work with. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand how their cognitions and emotions affect their behaviors, learning to make effective changes in the way you think to better manage existing stressors/problems and alleviate symptoms that impact your functioning.
