I foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapy space to ensure that my clients are able to share their experiences in confidence. With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, I am committed to guiding my clients as they cope with changes in mood, life transitions, and substance use. My approach is strength-based, and I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy. Together we will explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behavior to help you reach your goals. You don't have to do this alone. I am here to support you on your path to healing. I have evening telehealth sessions available, and some weekend availability. I am happy to answer any questions that you have about the therapy process to help you feel more comfortable. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session you will have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, and I will ask questions to get to know you. The therapy room is a safe space for you to share at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You will also have the opportunity to ask me any questions that you have about the therapy process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, it is important for me to meet my clients where they are at. I especially enjoy helping my clients explore the effects of events and patterns that they have experienced that may be contributing to current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
