I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has been in the field for approximately 20 years, and 13 of those years licensed. I obtained my Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in Massachusetts in 2005. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout the years, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient agencies. My most recent work is being a Counselor in a local middle school. I look to be the best possible guide I can be for whatever life stressors are currently going on for you. I work best with clients who are in an adjustment period in their life, have anxiety symptoms, have depression symptoms, or have a history of traumatic experiences. I work with teens, young adults, and adults.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You will take away a sense of relief knowing that I am by your side to help you through whatever life stressors are currently happening. I aim to be warm, calm, and compassionate as we work together to ease life's stresses and gain coping strategies.
