I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, bipolar disorders, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have specialty training working with healthcare providers. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will get to know one another, gauge if we are a good fit for a therapeutic relationship. If we are not a good fit, I will ensure you are referred to a qualified professional.

If you or a loved one are struggling with feelings of anxiety, worthlessness, depression, chronic emptiness or relationship difficulties I can help. It is my goal to provide excellent care with respect, compassion, and empathy using evidenced based therapies.

I have specialty training in DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, EFIT, ACT, REBT, Internal Family Systems, and other psychotherapeutic techniques. We will work together to identify your primary need(s) and tailor your psychotherapeutic experience to best suit your needs and concerns.
