Dealing with depression/anxiety, trauma/grief, or relationship issues can be overwhelming. But remember, you're not alone. My approach is simple: I listen, I care, and work with you to guide you towards healing and hope. I believe that every challenge is a chance to grow stronger. Together, we'll work to turn your struggles into steps towards a happier, more fulfilling life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another, assessing your needs, and building a specific focus of treatment tailored specifically to your needs. Together, we'll navigate the intricacies of your emotions, empowering you to embrace a healthier, more fulfilling life. Most of my clients see an improvement in symptoms within the first month.!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have experience working with a wide range of client populations and the challenges that they face. I have a wealth of knowledge in many areas including depression, anxiety, grief/trauma, and family/relationship issues. Some of my special areas of focus are male trauma, LGBTQ transitioning challenges, and childhood trauma.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I've been practicing ACT for many years. It assists Clients with accepting things that are outside of their control and commit to working on what is within their control.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the many years. It’s helped dozens of client's challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their symptoms.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I've recently added EFT techniques to my practice. It places a focus on attachment and how early attachments and relationships plays a major role in our current behaviors.
