Hello! It's great to meet you. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Indiana, I've been serving clients for the past 18 years after graduating from Indiana University in 2006. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ball State University in 1991. I'm passionate about listening to the unique stories of each individual I work with and to be a part of their therapeutic journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, our priority will be to listen to your story, understand your experiences, and delve into the life challenges you're encountering. This lays the groundwork for establishing a strong client-therapist bond, which is essential for our journey together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Based on my diverse experiences, I've had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and addressing various concerns. My empathetic nature enables me to deeply understand individuals' needs, while my ability to establish trust and rapport fosters a supportive environment. Being a people person, I naturally connect with others, making the therapeutic process more effective and comfortable.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have a passion for collaborating with individuals who are eager to enact positive changes in their lives. Feeling stuck is common, and I'm here to assist you in navigating through daily stressors and mental health hurdles. My approach is founded on being non-judgmental and relatable, recognizing the importance of the client-therapist relationship in facilitating effective treatment.
