I have been told by many clients that I put them at ease right away and they feel that they are in a safe place with me. I will ask questions that will help me begin to know you and your life's story at your pace. Together we will begin to define your hopes, and goals.

I love working with woman from 18 to 100 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues as they have been taking care of everyone else and now is the time to care for themselves. I have the tools and support you need to help you create the life you want to live.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We all struggle with stinking thinking and CBT is one of the best tools I've ever used to help stop the painful and madding negative chatter for hundreds of my clients.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

When we lose touch with what we our feeling and our most comfortable intellectualizing in our mind IFS helps us find our feelings and moves us in a gentle way to know our feelings and better understand our true needs.

Strength-Based

I believe in shining a light on a client's incredible wonderfulness that sometimes is not seen due to years of poor treatment from the people that we choose and don't choose to spend time with.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

To move from reacting to being curious and aware of what is happening around us we can choose how we want to respond or not respond.
