Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Philadelphia. Are you feeling stuck in repetitive patterns? Struggling to find your footing despite efforts to move forward? Have you encountered challenging relationship dynamics? If you've faced difficult relationship experiences or find yourself caught in unhealthy cycles, therapy offers a nurturing environment to explore these complexities, heal past wounds, and develop skills for nurturing healthier connections. Specializing in supporting individuals navigating challenging relationship dynamics, I offer guidance in boundary-setting, rebuilding self-worth, and fostering empowerment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will spend time getting to know one another, setting expectations for our work together, and answering any of your questions. I will also have many questions for you so I can learn what is going on and why you are reaching out for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have spent most of my career working in the domestic violence field and am well-versed in working with adults who are experiencing conflict in their relationships or trying to set boundaries and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am eager to work with individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relational struggles, or seeking personal growth. If figuring out the next step feels impossible, let's chat and see what we can do together!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is often used for anxiety and depression, among many different situations, and can help get clients past that "stuck" feeling by challenging and changing the automatic thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that direct our lives.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused brief treatment is a goal-oriented, short-term treatment method. This is a great way to determine what is going on, what you would like to change, and resolve things in a bite-sized way so you can return to your life.

Strength-Based

You are coming to therapy as an expert in YOURSELF. I am here to build on the strengths and skills you already possess, not tell you what to do or think. My favorite part of working with people is finding out what already works well for them and utilizing my skillset to expand on that.

Narrative

In narrative therapy we separate and externalize problems through talking. This distance can help us be more objective in deciphering your life story, strengths, and challenges and endeavor to rewrite them together.
