Hi! I'm a bilingual Licensed in Metal Heath Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I received my Masters from Attended Mental Health Counseling. I received my Master from Cambridge College, MA and have been practicing for 5 years. I help young adults and adult to overcome the different circumstances with which they struggle every day and that generate stress, anxiety, depression and other feelings that may be affecting the normal functioning of their lives and their environment. ¡Hola! Recibí una Maestría en Nueva York de Cambridge College, MA y he estado practicando durante 6 años. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will begin to create a therapeutic relationship, we will also explore together the reasons why you decided to attend therapy.This will help me create a personalized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. En nuestra primera sesión, comenzaremos a crear una relación terapéutica, también exploraremos juntos las razones por las que decidiste asistir a terapia. Esto me ayudará a crear un plan personalizado para que podamos trabajar en sesiones de seguimiento.

Each person is unique and each person lives and deals with emotional processes in different ways. Your feelings and emotions are important and valid and you don't have to face them alone.
