What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will start with introductions, and try to get to know one another a little better. I am happy to answer any questions about myself, and there will be some conversation around your background, and what lead you to therapy, as well as any challenges you may be experiencing. This helps me to a create an individualized plan for us to work through together, in our sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I would say one of my biggest assets as a provider is being able to build a rapport, fairly quickly with clients, and also to make them feel at ease.
