I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oakland County, Michigan. I have been in private practice for many years working with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to understand themselves better and develop coping mechanisms and strategies to be the best version of themselves. In the process, the clients can grow in self-awareness, insight, confidence, and compassion for self and others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will share our thoughts and experiences and get better acquainted. Next, we’ll begin to develop a strategy and framework for the next few sessions.
