I am an experienced licensed counselor with dual licensures in Missouri (LPC) and North Carolina (LCMHC). I am also a licensure supervisor for associate licensed counselors in NC. I am adept at teletherapy and love connecting with my clients virtually. I have taught counseling and psychology coursework for over 20 years and am knowledgeable on different therapeutic approaches to fit my client's needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect introductions and then a discussion of why the client is coming to therapy. We will then develop a therapy plan together to help meet the client's needs.

I have extensive experience in many different areas of counseling and am warm with my clients. I engage easily and always work towards the client's goals.
