Something feels off, suddenly life isn't as bright as it used to be. You're feeling lost, confused, and not sure what to do next. Changes in life, stressors, trauma, can all impact our well being and mental health. I would love to be apart of helping you identify and understand how you're feeling, make some adjustments, learn healthy coping, and how to best support bringing back some color in your life. Challenging situations can provide opportunity for growth and sustainable change. Lets tackle this wild thing called life together! Hello and welcome to therapy! I'm happy you are ready to start your journey to self discovery and healing. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, and I individualize my therapeutic approach to best meet each of my clients specific needs. I am excited for you to begin your journey, and to be apart of that process. We are a team! I have worked with various ages within different settings. I have worked in community mental health (non-profit), DCFS system, schools, private practice, and rehab centers, 5-65 years old.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then dive deeper into your specific challenges in struggles. Based on that information we will work together to create beneficial treatment plan to reach your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I bring a sense of empowerment and strength to my clients. I have received feedback highlighting this "I have gained the insight and confidence to make changes in my life because of your help and support." I also like to think I have a sense of humor, my clients and I tend to end up laughing at some point about something silly!
