I specialize in individuals and families coping with medical diagnoses. I have worked with patients who have undergone oncological treatment - palliative and curative, children diagnosed with diabetes, and families who have had loved one in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or parents who experienced traumatic deliveries. In our first session together we'll start with brief introductions then dive into the specific reasons why you are interested in starting therapy to create a treatment plan together.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a combination of treatment methods to provide an individualized therapeutic plan. I utilize modalities from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving techniques.

I will work with you to identify your strengths while using a non-judgmental and empathic approach. I also come from a wide background working in hospitals, in inpatient and outpatient settings from prenatal care to end of life.
