Hey, y'all! I'm LeAnn. Do you find yourself feeling hopeless and struggling with getting everything done? Do you find yourself feeling anxious or depressed? If this is you, then I am here to help by talking through the different levels of hurt, anger, anxiety, and depression. I like to approach problems by looking at the whole-person and then work through each level to get back to a balanced life. No matter what you are dealing with, I'm here to help. In our first session together you can expect us to begin building rapport with one another and begin discussions on how I can help you overcome the obstacles you are currently facing.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a client-centered focus by building a relationship with each client. I also pull from personal experiences and Biblical wisdom.

I feel like my biggest strength is making people feel comfortable like we are old friends just coming back to a conversation that is ongoing. I also feel like I am great at encouraging others to see the good in themselves.

I love working with people aged 10 years and up. I enjoy helping people overcome obstacles from everyday stressors such as academic issues, job-related issues, and relational issues with family, friends, and co-workers.
